Lynn is a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (since 1 September 2010), a registered Legal Consultant in New York and designated Global Mobility Specialist. Originally from Edinburgh, Lynn has lived in Dublin, London and migrated to Los Angeles and New York twice (each!). She understands the stress and uncertainty that comes with being a migrant and uses her knowledge and experience to take ownership of the immigration journey so it is one less thing for you to worry about!

Lynn has over ten years of experience working in the immigration field and uses her training in employment law and global mobility to offer robust and practical advice to any migration need. Lynn has profound experience of all applications made under the Points Based System with a particular interest in visa applications that enhance investment to the UK and has a passion for working in the start-up sector.

Education & Professional Experience

After earning a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, Lynn moved to New York where she worked in the non-profit sector before taking an inward investment role at the British Consulate where she helped American companies set up and expand in the UK. Her passion for immigration law developed after realising the importance of the immigration component for all inward investment projects. Lynn then studied law in London, trained and qualified with a large full-service London firm before moving to a leading immigration firm. After working with Fay in New York, the pair realised they shared the same ethos and ultimately founded Eversage.
