Fay is dual-qualified as a qualified solicitor in England and Wales (since 17 September 2018) and an attorney in the State of New York (since 26 February 2018). Originally from Barbados, Fay has lived in Madrid, London and New York. A true 'Global Citizen', Fay has a unique insight into the pressure points associated with moving to a new place and applies this perspective to her work.

Fay has extensive experience across the full spectrum of personal and corporate immigration applications.

On the personal side of her practice, Fay is an expert on spouse visa applications including complex Financial Requirement calculations. On the corporate side, she has extensive experience working with creative clients and their support teams, including international recording artists, actors, production teams, and visual artists.

Fay is known for her astute analysis of tricky situations and her highly responsive communication style.

Education & Professional Experience

Fay read Law at the University of Cambridge, graduating with First Class Honours. After working for a global media agency, the European Union and a London-based trade association, Fay found her passion for UK immigration law while working at a leading immigration firm in New York. This ultimately led to Fay's goal of creating a law firm offering advice which is both excellent and straight-forward — an outlook she shares with co-founder, Lynn.
